When you log into an external site unwittingly, you're allowing them to have your password and email address combination. Therefore, the simple solution to this is: CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD. I got this advise from the internet and some internet geek so they knew what they were talking about and so far, it's worked for me because this way they can't "send" messages from your facebook as they don't have the correct username/password combination :) Have fun!
